Last week we were thrilled to have my sister, Jill, and her family(husband Cade, and sons Logan and Landon) come to visit. They came last year in February and I never thought they would again visit us in the winter - due to the bitter cold they experienced. My boys were especially excited to see their cousins.
It was a busy week for Dave and Cade had to work from Dave's office, but since Monday was a holiday we were all able to go to the Children's Museum. Tthe kids had a lot of fun running around and playing in all the rooms, especially the ball room. We ended the fun outing with lunch at McDonald's. The rest of the week was fun just spending time with Jill and the kids. We were able to work on a star craft together (see this great tutorial my friend Amber did here), we visited the mall play place and enjoyed some yummy Starbucks cocoa, visited the zoo, had an adults only dinner at the Olive Garden, played games after the kiddos went to bed (has anyone played Blokus?), enjoyed some girly flicks (can't go wrong with Pride and Prejudice and Somewhere in Time) and had some wonderful laughs. Thanks for making the long journey out you guys!

What fun! Somewhere in time is one of my all time favorite movies! Glad you got to have sister time!
We had a blast. Omaha in February is mostly fun because of the Buxton's.
FUN FUN FUN!! Having family visit is the best...especially in the winter.
That's great they were able to come visit! That star project looks very cute and I'm tempted to do one myself. :)
What a fun trip we had! Thanks for hosting us. We love spending time with the Buxtons, even in the cold of Omaha.
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun!!
